Our company has been on the market since 1980, operating in the field of dies re-grinding and new finished dies in hard metal.
The tecnology acquired working on behalf of the main Italian and foreign wireworks, allows us to state that on a quality level, our products can compete with the best standards of the field.
The productions cycle, led by the owners Luigi and Adriano Gagliardi themselves takes entirely place at our company sited in Castiglione d'Adda (LODI).

Reconditioning worn dies in hard metal:from diameter 0,40 mm to diameter 16,00 mm
The perfect reconditioning of used dies is ensured giving back the geometry the appropriate characteristics of work:
the conicity and the cylindric shape of the dies are respected.
The strict respect of the above mentioned parameters and the tollerances requested by the customer, guarantee constant drawing and high production avoiding any problems connected to thread breaking, rifling, abrasion on surface and "dead times" to replace and reject pieces.
